Our personalized one-on-one workplace conflict coaching programs are designed to improve both communication and conflict management skills for HR, executives and employees. Our coaching programs are composed of an initial assessment of the challenges the participant is facing followed by a custom program which involves behaviour adjustment and skills enhancement as necessary. We provide our coaching sessions online via video conference.
