Our workplace mediation process is a voluntary, informal and confidential process whereby a mediator from our conflict resolution team facilitates a dialogue between participants. The goal of our mediations is to address the causes of unproductive and negative interpersonal conflict and to support participants in paving a path forward to improve their working relationship.

Our Mediation Process
ONE-ON-ONE INTERVIEWS
Our conflict transformation efforts begin with individually meeting each of the parties involved in the workplace dispute. This is an opportunity for our team to explore the issues and prepare each participant to engage in productive dialogue.
MEDIATION
Participants engage in workplace mediation with the aim to find a middle ground where differences and grievances can be reconciled. Our team empowers and supports participants in creating an agreement to move forward constructively.
FOLLOW-UP
COACHING
After the mediation, we conduct several coaching sessions with each participant to ensure the solutions decided upon are working. Restoring trust and collaboration in the workplace is a continuous process, which requires accountability, support and reconfiguration.
